The Right Procedure Starts With the Right Conversation
Breast surgery is personal. Maybe you have always felt self-conscious about your size. Maybe pregnancy or weight loss changed your shape. Maybe your breasts cause physical discomfort you are tired of living with. Whatever brought you here, the goal is simple: breasts that look natural, feel right, and fit your body.
Dr. Schwartz does not default to a one-size-fits-all approach. During your consultation, he listens to what you want, examines your anatomy, and builds a plan around your specific goals — not a standard menu.
The Right Approach for Your Body
Dr. Schwartz offers a full range of breast procedures.
Augmentation
Breast augmentation enhances size and fullness using implants or fat transfer. Dr. Schwartz works with silicone, saline, and fat grafting techniques to create results that complement your frame. If asymmetry is a concern, each side can be addressed independently for better balance.
Breast Lipolift®
Developed by Dr. Schwartz, Breast Lipolift® uses liposuction to reshape, lift, and reduce the breasts without cutting tissue. Traditional reductions carry a 45% complication rate. Lipolift® has a 6.4% rate, with zero cases of nipple necrosis and zero loss of nipple sensation. Most patients are back to dinner the next evening.
Lift & Reduction
A breast lift repositions sagging tissue and tightens the skin for a more youthful shape. A reduction removes volume that causes discomfort, back pain, or self-consciousness. Dr. Schwartz often combines these with his Schwartz Scar Secure™ protocol to keep incisions as flat and discreet as possible.
Meet Dr. Jaime Schwartz, MD, FACS
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Breast surgery is where Dr. Schwartz's career began, and it is still the core of his practice. As a third-year medical student at Georgetown, he assisted on his first mastectomy and stayed to watch the reconstruction. That moment shaped everything that followed: a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, a role as Chief of Plastic Surgery building a hospital's breast center from the ground up, and the development of national breast surgery guidelines through the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He invented the Breast Lipolift® technique, has served as a Principal Investigator for an FDA clinical trial on breast scar reduction, and has published extensively on wound healing and reconstructive outcomes. He is the surgeon other plastic surgeons turn to for education on breast surgery — and the surgeon patients travel across the country to see.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which breast procedure is right for me?
That is exactly what your consultation is for. Dr. Schwartz will examine your anatomy, discuss what you want to change, and recommend the procedure — or combination — that will deliver the most natural result for your body. Some patients come in thinking they need augmentation and leave with a plan for a Lipolift® instead, or vice versa. The right answer depends on your goals, your frame, and your tissue.
What is the Breast Lipolift® and how is it different?
Breast Lipolift® is a technique Dr. Schwartz invented that uses liposuction to reshape, lift, and reduce the breasts without cutting tissue. Because it spares nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatic vessels, it carries a fraction of the complication rate of traditional reductions — 6.4% vs. 45%. There have been zero cases of nipple necrosis and zero loss of nipple sensation. Recovery is also significantly faster. Most patients manage with just Tylenol and Advil after surgery.
What does recovery look like?
Recovery varies by procedure. Augmentation and Lipolift® patients typically recover in 2–3 days and are back to normal activity quickly. Lifts and reductions may take slightly longer. Dr. Schwartz uses his Rapid Recuperation™ protocol, including TIVA anesthesia with no breathing tube and proactive pain management, to minimize discomfort and speed up healing across all breast procedures.
Will my results look natural?
That is the goal with every procedure Dr. Schwartz performs. He plans each surgery around your proportions and frame so the results complement your body rather than look like something was done. For augmentation patients, he uses 3D Vectra imaging to help you visualize outcomes before surgery. For Lipolift® patients, the precision of liposuction allows him to sculpt and contour in ways that traditional cutting techniques cannot match.
